COVID-19 policy for bouncy castle hire Edinburgh Dalgety bay and surrounding areas, including Morningside, City Center, New town, Newington, Leith, Stockbridge, Fountainbridge, Granton, Corstorphine, Dunfermline, Rosyth, Cairneyhill, Kelty, Buckhaven, Kirkcaldy, Linlithgow, North Queensferry, Kirkliston, South Queensferry, Livingston.

Our terms of hire have been extended to ensure the safety of customers and staff. These are subject to change. Please follow government guidelines regarding social distancing etc

• We may only offer basic hires from a limited range of our inflatables.
• Inflatables will only be set up in private, back gardens with gated access.
• We are only accepting hires where inflatables will be set up on grass.
• Access must be clear with the gate open prior to arrival.
• Customers must remain in the house whilst the inflatable is being set up/taken down.
• If an outdoor socket isn't available then your own extension lead will need to be plugged in and put outside for us to plug into prior to our arrival.
• Contactless payments must be made online or Bank transfer prior to the hire.
• You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to the hire.
• The inflatable will be disinfected before delivery and after collection and then left in storage for a minimum of 5 days before being cleaned again ready for hire.
• You must inform us if anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have had symptoms in the past 14 days.
• If any member of the household start to develop symptoms of the Covid-19 during the hire period then the use of the inflatable must cease immediately.
• Extra sanitation of vehicles, warehouse and logistics.
• All staff have been trained in safe handling of objects.
• We are adhering to social distancing policies in the workplace and washing hands as recommended.
